3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged.

3.2. Non-Availability: We will only cancel your booking if your accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. However, if this is not possible or not acceptable to you, we will refund all monies paid by you. Our liability does not extend beyond this refund.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1. Check-In: Your accommodation will be available to you from 3:00 PM on your day of arrival. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Early check-in can be arranged depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

4.2. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM to ensure we can prepare the rooms for our next guests. Please be ready to vacate your bedroom by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Late check-out can be arranged depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1. Conduct: Please take care of our accommodation. You are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property and other guests. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation and its contents. Please let us know of any instances as soon as they occur. We do not usually charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice if the damage, loss, or breakage is significant. A damage deposit may be required and will be refunded upon inspection at check-out.

5.2. Non-Smoking Policy: Our B&B maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside for your convenience.

5.3. Pets: While we love animals, we do not allow pets at Keeraun Hill B&B to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

5.4. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times.

6. Liability

6.1. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Please use the provided safes where applicable.

6.2. Injuries: We are not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by our negligence.
